About the Zywave Customer Advisory Board (CAB)

The Zywave Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is designed to gather strategic input from our customers. CAB input will have direct impact by informing our Zywave strategy and product roadmap to drive new levels of growth, innovation and customer satisfaction.

The Zywave CAB brings together a select group of insurance agency leaders from across our 5,000+ customer accounts. This is your chance to share your industry insights and product feedback directly with our R&D team to influence our product investments and roadmap priorities so that our products continue to meet your organization’s growing needs. You’ll also have ample opportunity to network with fellow agency leaders about the challenges and pain points you collectively face.

Each board member will have the opportunity to participate actively over a 3-year period, including through annual in-person events and multiple virtual input opportunities via web conferences between annual meetings.

Our on-site and virtual events will cover a range of topics, including issues that are specific to Employee Benefits or P&C lines of business, so you’ll be able to participate in breakout sessions, interactive roadmap planning exercises, and networking activities that reflect the highest priorities for your individual agency.

We’re looking forward to adding a new level of customer insight to improve your experience and the products we deliver, and we look forward to engaging you in the journey ahead!

Membership Questions

What kind of agencies have been invited to join the Zywave CAB?

The Zywave CAB is composed of 43 individuals from across 37 unique agencies. We carefully selected leaders from a mix of agencies to represent a range of agency sizes and lines of business.

What is the time commitment if I decide to join the Zywave CAB?

The Zywave CAB will operate in 3-year cycles. Each cycle begins with an annual in-person event followed by multiple virtual input opportunities, conducted as 60 or 90-minute web conferences, in between in-person events. Our request is that each CAB member participate in each in-person event and 1-2 virtual events (or more, as desired) during each year of the 3-year cycle. We will also conduct surveys, phone interviews and site visits periodically for specific product planning projects. All CAB member engagement opportunities are important to the goals of the CAB membership.

How often will Zywave CAB events be held?

In-person Zywave CAB events will be held annually. Virtual input events, conducted as web conferences, will be offered on an ad hoc basis, but likely once or twice per quarter.
